Our Pro Lock Extension Cords are uniquely designed and patented, featuring our Pro Lock female connector. When a standard 15A-125V, 3-conductor male plug is inserted into the Pro Lock connector, it will not pull apart, preventing accidental disconnections that could lead to a loss of power. To disconnect, simply pull down on the connector collar.

Manufactured to 12/3 AWG (American Wire Gauge) specifications, each of the three conductors in our extension cords contains 64 strands of 30 AWG 100% copper wire. The molded-on Pro Lock connectors will not pull away from the cord body and offer extra water resistance.

Our Pro Lock Extension Cords feature an automatic locking mechanism – insert the male end into the Pro Lock connector, push together to lock, and pull the collar down to unlock. This durable design is achieved through the use of high-impact polycarbonate on both the housing and collar, ensuring the connectors can withstand hard, extra-heavy duty use.

The Pro Lock Pull Strength is rated at 80 lbs., horizontally or vertically, providing a secure connection. Additionally, the Lighted Amber Power Check plug indicates when power is running through the cord, and the Pro Lock green-lighted CGM connector identifies ground continuity in the circuit.

Engineered to perform in harsh conditions, our -58°F (-50°C) special cold-weather PVC jacket guarantees working flexibility in temperatures well below freezing. The Pro Lock Extension Cords are UL Listed and cUL Approved for use in Canada.
